All bins supplied by Bye Bye Junk Ltd. remain the property of Bye Bye Junk Ltd.

By hiring Bye Bye Junk Ltd. , you hereby expressly authorize Bye Bye Junk Ltd. to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim the bins without further notice.

All payments must be made upon delivery unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in debt collection and costs. Payment is due on receipt of service. Outstanding accounts past 30 days will be charged at the interest rate of 2% per month (compounded).

Bye Bye Junk Ltd. reserves the right to charge back to the Customer any handling charges related to overfilled bins and/or the disposal of unpermitted materials. The Customer agrees to pay said charges immediately upon furnishing of the receipts for same.

Use of this website and the ordering of Bye Bye Junk Ltd. bins shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment that the Customer has read, understood, agreed and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Service.

Bye Bye Junk Ltd. cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from waste removal services on either public or private property during the usual course of business operations. The Customer expressly authorizes and agrees to indemnify and save harmless Bye Bye Junk Ltd. for any damages resulting to driveway, lawns, and services such as cables, drainage, trees and telephone wires.

Bye Bye Junk Ltd. is a waste disposal company that disposes of most items not falling within the purview of the local municipal trash disposal service in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our dumpster sizes are 4 cubic yards, 12 cubic yards, 15 cubic yards and 20 cubic yards and they are placed on your property using a unique roll-off system.

Bin Drop-off location(s) shall be provided at the time of booking. Bye Bye Junk Ltd. shall dispatch a driver to deliver the bin as required or directed by the Customer’s booking information.  

Once the bins are placed by the Driver on the designated location, the bins must not be removed and/or relocated. Please note that the subsequent relocation of a bin to another site will incur an additional fee.

The Customer shall be liable for any and all damage or loss sustained in respect of the bins delivered to the booking site. Damage and/or loss shall include but is not limited to: theft, fire or property damage, and/or other perils. Unless rental insurance is purchased at the time of booking.

The Customer shall not overload the bins and shall not allow overflow beyond the edge of the bin; any excess costs in removal or disposal of overflow shall be borne by the Customer directly. 

The following materials are ACCEPTABLE ITEMS for disposable in the general waste bins:

1. Construction, demolition, or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall, flooring etc.);

2. Yard trimmings;

3. Green waste;

4. Household junk;

5. Appliances (See exceptions of restricted items, charges may apply);

6. Furniture;

7. Scrap metal;

8. Any odds and ends; and

9. Mattresses and boxsprings (charges may apply). 

The following items are RESTRICTED ITEMS and are not permitted for disposal in the general waste bins:

1. No hazardous/toxic/flammable materials whatsoever (hazardous materials shall include but is not limited to solvents, chemicals, oils, toxic materials, paints, asbestos, flammable liquids, explosives, oil drums/tanks, tires, batteries, pressurized tanks, food items, and carcasses;

2. Soil, sod, rock and cement; and 

3. Any other item not permitted by the local landfill.

PLEASE NOTE: If any of the above items are disposed of in the bins, additional fees will apply for the removal and disposal of same. ACCEPTABLE ITEMS shall only include items allowed by the local landfill. In the event of uncertainty regarding acceptability of an item for disposal, please contact Bye Bye Junk for prior approval. Car batteries can be left on the side of the bin to dispose of safely, the driver will pick up the car batteries upon pick up of the bin and Bye Bye Junk Ltd. will recycle the battery properly.

The following items are ACCEPTABLE ITEMS for disposal in the 4 yard special SOD/DIRT ONLY bins:

1. Dirt/ soil;

2. Sod.

PLEASE NOTE: cannot be mixed with any other material , if mixed further charges will apply.

The following items are ACCEPTABLE ITEMS for disposal in the special 4 yard CONCRETE ONLY bins:

1. Concrete- clean concrete only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel after making a booking but 24 hours prior to delivery, we are pleased to offer a full refund of your initial payment.

Dry Run Fee: Please note that a fee of $95.00 will be charged for any unsuccessful delivery or unsuccessful pick up due to circumstances outside the driver’s control.
